How Metainsight Works
Metainsight is an open platform for honest and anonymous feedback about people you know, and it is also a great place for you to see how others perceive you, by the stars and tags you receive. We ultimately want to create a place where we can gauge ourselves on a day to day basis with the help of the people around us. There's no need to live in the dark ages when it comes to gaining insight into who the people around us are.
How To...
Search For People:
You can search for your friends and acquaintances in the search box you see on this page and other pages.
Add People:
You can easily add people you know by clicking the adding people button on the home page or after browsing through existing people.
Add Picture:
Pictures of people can be added by downloading the image then drag and drop it over the box.Later we will add a way to side load images from the web to our site.Also a picture can be added by highlighting a url in the browser ending with .jpg,.jpeg,.png(or any other image file extension) and dragging it over the box.
Rate People:
To rate on a person you can search for them, click on the empty stars on their page, then click on the button to submit your rating for the person. Look through the list of attributes and based on your observation and/or interaction with the person, then decide your rating.
